Muscles and Fascia of the Upper Limb
The hand, acting as an organ of labor, performs numerous and varied movements. It is the most dynamic part of the human Musculoskeletal System. The great variety and freedom of movement of The Hand as an organ of labor are due to the Structural Features of the upper limb joints, as well as the well-developed Muscles acting upon them. The Nature of The connection between the shoulder girdle Skeleton and the torso also plays a significant role, along with the presence of corresponding muscles originating on the Ribs AND Sternum and attaching to the BONES OF THE upper limb.
Depending on their topographical Location and Functions, the Muscles of the Upper Limb are divided into: muscles of the shoulder girdle and Muscles of the Free Upper Limb.
