The objective of the session is to study the anatomical and histological Structure OF THE digestive Organs (Stomach, digestive tract wall, Liver, Pancreas).

Equipment: charts, diagrams, histological slides, electron micrographs, Microscope, slide projector.

Content of the work. The student must know: 1) the Structural Features of the Digestive System; 2) The structure of The Stomach and intestines, and the digestive processes within them; 4) the structure of The Liver and Gallbladder, and the physiology of Bile formation and secretion; 5) the structure and PHYSIOLOGY OF THE pancreas; 6) histological slides representing the structure of the digestive system.

Lab report preparation. Draw the specimens and add the appropriate labels.
