At this stage of development, the deciduous tooth germ is easily recognizable under low magnification. We can observe that the tooth crown appears to emerge from the enamel organ, where the outer (1) and inner (2) epithelial Cells and the enamel pulp (3) are clearly distinguishable. Tracing the layer of inner cells reveals that they become prismatic and differentiate into ameloblasts (adamantoblasts) (4), whose apical poles secrete the organic enamel matrix. It is stained dark red or purple (5). Peripheral Cells of the dental papilla differentiate into odontoblasts (6) arranged in a single layer. Directly adjacent to the odontoblast layer externally is a layer of unmineralized dentin produced by them, light pink in color (7). Further outward lies a layer of mineralized dentin (8) in the form of an intensely pink strip. Surrounding the tooth germ, The amount of mesenchyme decreases while Bone tissue increases (9). Near the deciduous tooth primordium, the primordium of the permanent tooth can be observed (10). 11 - embryonic oral epithelium.
