2. ANTERIOR BRANCHES

The Anterior branches of the Spinal Nerves, much like the posterior ones, contain both sensory and motor fibers. They interconnect to form plexuses (cervical, brachial, lumbar, and sacral), with the exception of the Anterior Branches of the Thoracic nerves, which run segmentally within the intercostal spaces.
