In recent years, there has been a notable increase in Kidney diseases, particularly Glomerulonephritis, Pyelonephritis, urolithiasis, and tumors, which is largely attributed to changes in human living conditions and the progressive deterioration of the overall ecological situation.
On the other hand, impaired renal function in various bodily states and diseases is more of a rule than an exception; when left unrecognized, it largely determines not only the clinical course of these conditions and diseases, but also the prognosis for the patient's life and recovery.
The objective of our work was to provide the reader with the latest insights into renal Structure and function, alongside modern approaches to managing renal function in various clinical scenarios.
