Amitosis

The nuclear envelope does not break down during this division, Chromosomes remain in a despiraled state, and no mitotic spindle is formed. This mode of Cell Division occurs in the storage Tissues of potato tubers, the endosperm, and the internodes of charophyte Algae thalli.
