3.6.4. RNA Structure

Unlike DNA, RNA is predominantly single-stranded. Two forms of RNA—Transfer RNA (tRNA) and ribosomal RNA (rRNA)—possess a fairly complex Structure. There is a third form as well: Messenger RNA (mRNA). All these forms participate in Protein Synthesis, which we will examine in Chapter 23.
