Prediction of Nucleotide Sequence from Amino Acid Sequence
The program helps predict a nucleotide sequence from an Amino Acid Sequence, taking into account codon usage bias in the Organism under study. You can use either the one-letter or three-letter amino acid code, and U or T for Nucleic Acids.
1. Open the home page of the MOLBIOL.RU website (http://www.molbiol.ru).
2. On the main page, find the "Calculations" section.
3. Select the "Prediction of nucleotide sequence from amino acid sequence" tab and load the form.
4. Predict The nucleotide sequence for bovine serum albumin (BSA) protein. Its amino acid sequence is shown in Fig. 3. Appendices 9 and 10 provide the one-letter amino acid Abbreviations and METABOLISM/28.html">The Genetic Code. On the MOLBIOL.RU website, this reference data, along with other useful information, can be found in the "Handbook" section.
