The specimen demonstrates The Stomach. Its mucosa shows a defect up to 1.5 cm in diameter, exhibiting a combined complication of PEPTIC ULCER DISEASE: hemorrhage from eroded Blood Vessels in the ulcer base and malignant transformation (presence of cellular atypia).
