Papillary Cystadenocarcinoma of the Ovary

The specimen demonstrates the Uterus and an ovary enlarged up to 10 cm due to a cauliflower-like tumor growth. The tumor exhibits an exophytic growth pattern. Histological examination reveals signs of cellular and tissue atypia within the glandular structures of the ovarian tissue.
