Wilms' Tumor
The specimen shows a pediatric Kidney measuring 6 × 3 cm, with a tumor mass up to 10 cm in diameter in the upper pole, exhibiting areas of Hemorrhage, necrosis, and myxoid degeneration. The tumor tissue has a variegated appearance. Histologically, the renal Structure shows signs of cellular and tissue atypia, numerous mitoses, and infiltrative growth. Wilms' tumor is an embryonic neoplasm typically diagnosed in childhood.
