Papillary cystadenocarcinoma of the Ovary

Numerous papillomatous growths with ulceration and invasion into the wall thickness are observed on the inner surface of the cyst wall. Histological examination reveals proliferation of atypical epithelial structures with numerous pathological mitoses and cellular atypia, characteristic of ovarian adenocarcinoma. The described MACROSCOPIC AND MICROSCOPIC manifestations are typical of papillary cystadenocarcinoma.
