Submucosal Uterine Fibroid
The specimen shows a section of the Uterus with two dense, greyish tumor-like nodes measuring 6 cm in diameter located in the submucosal layer. Histological examination reveals signs of tissue atypia in the Connective Tissue and smooth Muscle structures.
