Adrenal adenoma
The specimen shows a section of the Adrenal gland with a 2 cm tumor growth that appears yellow, featuring areas of necrosis, Hemorrhage, and myxoid degeneration. The tumor is demarcated from the healthy tissue by a capsule. Histological examination reveals signs of tissue atypia within the parenchymal structures of the adrenal gland.
