Thyroid disorders rank second among endocrine diseases. Thyroid pathologies include goiter, thyroiditis, and tumors.

Goiter (struma) is a pathological enlargement of The Thyroid Gland.

Depending on the Etiology, functional status, and Clinical Features, DIFFUSE TOXIC GOITER (thyrotoxic goiter, Graves' or Basedow's disease), endemic and sporadic goiter, as well as hypothyroidism are distinguished.

Thyrotoxicosis is one of the most common pathological conditions of the thyroid gland, manifesting in diffuse toxic goiter, toxic nodular goiter, autonomous adenoma, and occasionally thyroid Cancer.
