Staining: Schiff reagent using the Feulgen method.

This slide shows Cells similar in shape and Structure to the previous ones. The Cell nuclei are large and round (1). Within them, Chromatin granules (2) are stained reddish-purple. The nucleolus is not visible. The Cell Cytoplasm (3) contains no stained structures. This indicates that DNA is localized exclusively within the Cell Nucleus.
