Proteins are polymer molecules in which Amino Acids serve as monomers. Only 20 α-Amino acids are found in the Proteins of the human body. The exact same amino acids occur in proteins of diverse structures and Functions. The individuality of protein molecules is determined by The sequence of amino acids within the protein. Amino acids can be regarded as the letters of an alphabet used to encode information, much like forming a word. While a word conveys information about an object or an action, the Amino Acid Sequence in a protein determines its Spatial Structure and specific function.
