Enantiomeric analysis of amino acid mixtures by high-performance liquid chromatography

A mixture (approx. 2 mg each) of the racemic Amino Acids (Table 9.1) is dissolved in 10.0 mL of Water. Cysteine and cystine are replaced in the mixture by cysteic acid (Cya) alone; Proline and hydroxyproline are absent.
