Krukenberg tumor of the Ovary

The specimen shows the Uterus with both fallopian tubes and Ovaries. The right ovary is enlarged up to 6 cm and the left up to 7.5 cm; they are of firm consistency with a nodular surface. Histological examination reveals glandular structures with signs of cellular atypia. This type of tumor involvement represents lymphogenous Metastasis of Gastric Cancer.
