Metastasis of Gastric Cancer to the Pancreas
The cut section of the pancreatic tissue reveals multiple grey-white nodular lesions, 1-2 cm in diameter, well-demarcated from the parenchyma by a capsule. In addition, the tumor nodules exhibit signs of cellular atypia with numerous pathological mitoses. These findings indicate the presence of an adenocarcinoma metastasis from The Stomach to the pancreas.
