Cancer metastasis to the Kidney
The specimen shows a kidney. A poorly demarcated yellow-gray mass up to 3.0 cm in diameter with areas of Hemorrhage and necrosis is identified in its lower pole. Microscopic examination reveals signs of tissue and cellular atypia, absence of a capsule, and invasive growth of atypical Cells.
