Renal adenoma
In the lower pole of the Kidney, a regularly shaped mass, well-demarcated from the surrounding Tissues and measuring up to 2.0 cm in diameter, is identified. On cross-section, it is yellow in color. Microscopic examination reveals expansive growth of the mass, manifestations of tissue atypia, and The formation of tubular structures. All of the listed features indicate that this mass is a tubular renal adenoma.
