The fetus presents with an absent HEAD and signs of Skin maceration, indicating intrauterine fetal death. In this case, the complications involved a congenital pathology—Hydrocephalus—along with maternal factors, specifically a contracted pelvis and uterine inertia. These clinical circumstances served as the indication for performing a craniotomy.
