Hydrocephalus

The cerebral hemispheres are presented, enlarged in size, the Brain parenchyma is severely thinned and resembles a capsule wall. This is an example of local atrophy resulting from pressure by CEREBROSPINAL FLUID accumulating in the Lateral ventricles due to impaired outflow.
