Renal Adenocarcinoma

Renal Cell adenocarcinoma
The specimen shows a greyish tumor with indistinct borders, infiltrating the surrounding Tissues. Microscopically, atypical Cancer Cells form tumor glands of various SHAPES AND SIZES that spread into the adjacent tissues. Depending on the degree of differentiation, well-differentiated and poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas are distinguished, while architectural patterns include tubular, acinar, and papillary types.
