Pleural carcinomatosis
The specimen shows a lung affected by a tumor. The Pleura exhibits numerous small, irregularly shaped, gray nodules up to 2.0 cm in diameter with indistinct margins. This represents an example of metastasis from Lung Cancer via implantation.
