Fibrinous, adhesive Pleurisy
The specimen shows a part of the lung covered with the visceral and parietal Pleura, with visible grayish fibrinous deposits and adhesion formation between the pleural layers. Consequences: complete obliteration of the pleural cavity due to the adhesion of the visceral and parietal layers, resulting in impaired respiratory function.
