Numerous grey-colored foci of varying diameters protruding above the lung surface are visible. Hemorrhages are observed adjacent to them. This is an example of tissue embolism, where tumor structures from the systemic Circulation reach the lung. The Mechanism of Hemorrhage development is a consequence of increased vascular permeability.
