Cancer metastases in the inguinal Lymph Nodes
The specimen shows enlarged lymph nodes up to 3 cm in diameter, located within the subcutaneous adipose tissue. On cross-section, the lymph node reveals cystic structures. Histologically, atypical glandular structures are identified within the lymph node tissue, indicating lymphogenic cancer metastasis.
