Renal Adenoma

A cut section of the Kidney shows a gray-yellow, tumor-like nodule up to 4 cm in diameter located in the upper pole. Histological examination reveals proliferation of the renal tubular epithelium with signs of tissue atypia and expansive growth, which is characteristic of a benign tumor—clear Cell adenoma, as the Cytoplasm of the Epithelial Tissue has a clear appearance.
