Subcapsular Hemorrhage of the Kidney

A localized accumulation of Blood beneath the renal capsule is visible. Causes: blunt mechanical trauma with vascular rupture and blood accumulation. Consequences: Organization, lysis with subsequent secondary Hemorrhage into the retroperitoneal space.
