Thyroid adenoma
The specimen shows a Thyroid Gland enlarged up to 15 cm due to the proliferation of tumor tissue forming nodular masses. Histological examination of the tumor reveals signs of tissue atypia in the glandular follicular epithelium, consistent with follicular adenoma.
