Fibromatous nodule with secondary changes

A nodular proliferation up to 15 cm in diameter, present in the uterine wall. On cross-section, the nodule exhibits a fibrous Structure and a firm consistency. Dark Hemorrhage foci are observed in certain areas of the nodule. Histological examination reveals signs of tissue atypia among the smooth Muscle and Connective Tissue structures.
