Lymph Nodes in lymphogranulomatosis

The presented lymph node is gray in color, 5 cm in diameter, and has a dense consistency. Histologically, the pattern of the lymph node is obliterated due to Connective Tissue proliferation, hyalinosis, proliferation of lymphocytes, plasmacytes, epithelioid Cells, histiocytes, and multinucleated Berezovsky-Sternberg cells, as well as small and large Hodgkin cells.
