Topography of the Neck

From a topographical and anatomical perspective, four regions are distinguished in the neck: the anterior, sternocleidomastoid, lateral, and posterior [nuchal] regions. Within these regions, a series of muscular triangles are identified, which serve as important landmarks during surgical interventions on the Organs of the neck.
