Staining: Sudan III - hematoxylin.

Magnification: x400.

At low magnification, we observe clusters of adipocytes distributed along Blood Vessels. When viewed at high magnification, individual adipocytes (1) are filled with a single large orange lipid droplet (2). The Cell Cytoplasm forms a thin rim at The Cell periphery and contains a flattened blue Nucleus (3).
