Staining: osmic acid and safranin.

Magnification: x400.

Examining the slide under low magnification, we observe A large number of black globules of various sizes within the Liver Cells. Under high magnification, we select an area where Cell boundaries are clearly outlined (1), their nuclei are red (2), and fat inclusions (3) appear as black globules of various sizes. Some of the cells lack a Nucleus because it was not captured in the section.
