Depending on the Column size and The amount of peptidyl polymer, the latter is mixed with varying amounts of Glass beads (up to 900 mg; Sec. 12.2.3) and dry-packed into the column [29]. The microcolumn is packed with peptidyl polymer without glass dilution, or the resin is placed between two layers of inert glass beads.
