Lymphatic vessels and nodes of the trunk
Right lymphatic duct

The right lymphatic duct (ductus lymphaticus dexter) is a short vessel, approximately 1–2 cm long and up to 5.5 mm in diameter, which collects Lymph from the right sides of the HEAD, neck, and Thorax, as well as the right upper limb. It is formed by the union of the right jugular, bronchomediastinal, and subclavian trunks and empties into the right venous angle. These trunks may also drain into the right venous angle independently, in which case the right lymphatic duct is absent.
