Gastric Cancer Metastases to the Liver

A liver section showing numerous nodular lesions in the parenchyma, up to 1 cm in diameter. Histologically, these nodules reveal atypical glandular structures characteristic of the gastric mucosa. This is a case of Hematogenous Metastasis of gastric adenocarcinoma to the liver.
