Gastric cancer metastasizes via lymphatic, hematogenous, and implantation (contact) pathways. Lymphogenic metastases to regional Lymph Nodes located along the lesser and greater curvature of The Stomach, as well as to the lymph nodes of the greater and lesser omentum, are of particular importance.
