Chronic duodenal ulcer
A chronic duodenal ulcer typically presents with a round or oval shape. As a rule, its diameter does not exceed 2 cm, although cases with dimensions reaching 10 cm or more have been documented. The depth of the ulcer varies, occasionally extending to the serous membrane. The margins of the ulcer are well-defined, firm, and elevated above the mucosal surface.
