Renal pelvis adenoma
In the upper pole of the Kidney, a yellowish-gray tumor node up to 4.0 cm in diameter is identified, showing a lobular Structure on the cut surface. The presence of a capsule, slow growth, and absence of infiltrative growth indicate the benign Nature of the tumor. Morphologically, tubular, trabecular, acinar, cystic, and papillary adenomas are distinguished.
