Metastases to the Lungs

The specimen shows a lung section filled with gray nodules of varying diameters, ranging from 1 to 2 cm. Hemorrhages are present in certain areas of the lung. Histologically, there are signs characteristic of gastric mucosa adenocarcinoma. Therefore, these are hematogenous metastases of Gastric Cancer.
