Gastric Cancer Metastases to the greater omentum
The specimen shows the Small Intestine, in the mesentery of which tumor structures of small- and large-lobular character are proliferating, with evidence of hemorrhages on the cut surface. Histologically, proliferation of atypical glandular structures with numerous pathological mitoses is found within the tumor formations of the omentum.
