Myeloma contracted Kidney
The specimen demonstrates a kidney with a lumpy surface featuring depressed areas and grey protrusions. The organ is firm in consistency. Histological examination reveals parenchymal infiltration by plasmablasts and proliferation of Connective Tissue. Such changes result in nephrosclerosis, amyloidosis, and renal failure.
