2.4. METHOD FOR DETERMINING INDIVIDUAL Blood COMPATIBILITY

Place 1 ml of the recipient's blood into a test tube and centrifuge it to separate the plasma from the formed elements. Take a drop of plasma, add 10 times less donor blood, and mix. Evaluate the result after 5 minutes: the absence of agglutination indicates individual compatibility between the donor and recipient blood.
