Magnification: x56.

At low magnification, try to locate the bundles of the First and Second order. A first-order bundle (1) appears as a pink area surrounded by isolated fibroblasts (2). Thicker layers of loose Connective Tissue (3) surround the second-order bundles (4). In these layers, we can observe the nuclei of Cells typical of this tissue as well as Blood Vessels.
