The specimen represents a stained membrane consisting of extraembryonic ectoderm and mesoderm. Within the membrane, we can observe branched Blood Vessels (1) and, between them, Connective Tissue (2) containing the nuclei of its Cells — mesenchymal cells and amniotic epithelium cells.
