Uterine fibroid with secondary changes

A Uterus with a node-like growth up to 15 cm in diameter located within its wall. On cross-section, the node has a fibrous Structure and a firm consistency. Dark-colored hemorrhages are observed in certain areas of the node. Histological examination reveals signs of cellular atypia among the smooth Muscle and Connective Tissue structures.
